Zhongsheng Holdings (00881) has repurchased bonds with a total principal amount of US$117.9 million

According to the Zhitong Finance App, Zhongsheng Holdings (00881) announced that as of July 31, 2026, the company had completed the repurchase of bonds with a total principal amount of US$117.9 million (repurchased bonds) in the open market, accounting for about 19.7% of the total principal amount of previously issued bonds.

As of the date of this announcement, the repurchased bonds have been cancelled in accordance with the terms and conditions of the bonds. After the cancellation of the repurchased bonds, the total principal amount of the bonds was US$482 million and remained unpaid, accounting for about 80.3% of the total initial principal amount of the bonds.

The Company will not necessarily repurchase further bonds in the future.
