Serco Group's H1 Profit, Revenue Rise

Profit attributable to equity owners of the company for the six months ended June 30 was 96 million pounds sterling, compared with 88.6 million pounds a year ago. EPS moved to 0.095 pound from 0.086 pound. The British public service company's revenue was 2.51 billion pounds, compared with 2.42 billion pounds earlier. Meanwhile, the board declared an interim dividend of 0.016 pound per share, payable on Oct. 2 to shareholders on record Aug. 28. It paid 0.0145 pound per share a year ago. The group reiterated its full-year 2026 guidance of underlying operating profit of 300 million pounds and revenue of 5 billion pounds, including 3% organic sales growth.
