03:33 AM EDT, 08/06/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Carvolix (CVX.PA) received up to 30 million euros in structured debt from funds managed by Claret Capital Partners to support the commercialization of its product portfolio. The financing includes up to 20 million euros of senior secured convertible bonds and up to 10 million euros of senior secured amortizing bonds, alongside warrants worth 1.2 million euros. Carvolix immediately drew an initial 10 million-euro tranche, while a second tranche of the same amount is conditional on the US Food and Drug Administration's clearance for its Tavipilot robotic system. The French medical technology company plans to use the proceeds for general corporate purposes and the commercialization of Tavipilot in the US, as well as the continued development of Kalios, Artus, Artedrone, and Mitrapilot. Carvolix said the initial drawdown would fund operations until February 2027, while access to the remaining tranches could extend its cash runway to October 2027.
