The center of Typhoon No. 13 of this year, “White Dolphin,” is located at 5 p.m., on the Pacific Northwest about 1,130 kilometers east of Wenzhou in Zhejiang Province. It is 26.6 degrees north latitude and 132.0 degrees east longitude. The maximum wind near the center is 14 degrees. It is expected that the “white dolphin” will move at a speed of 15-20 kilometers per hour from west to north, with little change or slight increase in intensity. After crossing the Ryukyu Islands during the day on the 7th, it will slow down and gradually approach the east coast of China. It may land from the afternoon of the 9th to the morning of the 10th in the northern coastal area of Fujian. After landing, it will continue to move west-north, and gradually weaken in intensity. Furthermore, Typhoon No. 14 of this year, “Whale” further weakened on Luzon this morning, and the Central Meteorological Observatory stopped numbering it at 11:00 a.m.
