Heng Tai (00197): Chen Huiying was appointed as an independent non-executive director

According to Zhitong Finance App, Heng Tai (00197) announced that Ms. Chen Huiying has been appointed as (i) an independent non-executive director; (ii) a member of the Company's Audit Committee; (iii) a member of the Company's Nomination Committee; and (iv) a member of the Company's Remuneration Committee, effective August 6, 2026.

Mr. Xu Hongqun has been appointed as Joint Company Secretary with effect from August 6, 2026. Mr. Kong Qingwen, the current company secretary of the Company, will remain in office and serve as another joint company secretary and authorized representative of the Company.
