When the employee stock ownership plan was initially established, the number of employees was no more than 10, excluding directors and senior management. The total amount of capital raised is no more than 30 million yuan. Using “shares” as the subscription unit, each share is 1 yuan, and the maximum number of copies is 30 million copies.
