According to Zhitong Finance App, Dadi International Group (08130) issued an announcement. On July 31, 2026, the company received a letter from the Stock Exchange stating that the GEM Listing Committee had decided to cancel the company's listing status (“Delisting Decision”) in accordance with section 9.14A of the GEM Listing Rules. The reason was that the GEM Listing Committee believed that the company had failed to reach all the resumption guidelines before the resuming deadline.

According to Chapter 4 of the GEM Listing Rules, the company has the right to request that the delisting decision be referred to the GEM Listing Review Committee for review (“GEM LRC Review”) within seven business days from the date the delisting decision is issued (that is, on or before August 11, 2026). If the company decides not to apply for GEM LRC review, the last listing date for the shares will be August 14, 2026, and the listing status of the shares will be cancelled at 9:00 a.m. on August 17, 2026.

The Board is seeking advice from its advisors and is considering whether to submit an application to refer the delisting decision to the SEHK GEM Listing Review Committee for further review.
