The company's shareholders transferred 5.726 million shares to Guangdong International Securities and 5.726 million shares from Yuanku Securities.

Earlier, Zhongying International announced its annual results for the year ended March 31, 2026, with earnings of approximately HK$65.112 million, up 85.21% year on year; net loss of HK$6.109 million, a year-on-year narrowing of 15.75%; and loss per share of HK24.58 cents.
