According to the Qinghai Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision Commission, the Qinghai Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision Commission opened a case to examine and investigate serious disciplinary violations by Liu Yunzhou, former deputy director of the Qinghai Xining Economic and Technological Development Zone Management Committee. After investigation, Liu Yunzhou lost his ideals and beliefs, betrayed his original mission, failed to carry out comprehensive and strict control of the party's main responsibilities, misunderstood and condoned illegal enterprise construction; disregarded the spirit of the Eight Regulations of the Central Committee and accepted gifts and gifts in violation of regulations; ignored organizational principles and personally decided important matters; and alienated the public power granted by the Party and the people into a tool for personal gain, using the convenience of his position to profit others in project contracting, business operations, etc., and illegally receive huge amounts of wealth. Liu Yunzhou seriously violated the Party's political discipline, organizational discipline, and integrity discipline, constituting a serious offense of office and suspected of taking bribes. According to the “Regulations of the Communist Party of China on Disciplinary Punishment”, “Supervision Law of the People's Republic of China”, “Law on Administrative Disposition of Public Officials of the People's Republic of China” and other relevant regulations, the Standing Committee of the Qinghai Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection of the Communist Party of China studied and reported to the CPC Qinghai Provincial Committee for approval, and decided to dismiss Liu Yunzhou from his party membership; cancel the treatment he enjoyed according to regulations; seize his disciplinary and illegal proceeds; and refer the suspected crime to the procuratorial authorities for examination and prosecution in accordance with the law.
