Amrize Posts Higher H1 Attributable Net Income, Revenue

11:32 PM EDT, 08/06/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Amrize (AMRZ.SW) said Thursday that attributable net income and revenue for the first half rose year over year. Net income attributable to the company for the six months ended June 30 was $373 million, compared with $323 million earlier. EPS moved to $0.67 from $0.58. The building materials company's revenue was $5.68 billion, compared with $5.31 billion a year ago. Meanwhile, the board declared a dividend of $0.11 per share for the second quarter, payable Aug. 26 to shareholders on record Aug. 17. Looking ahead, Amrize updated its 2026 revenue guidance to between $12.5 billion and $12.7 billion from the previous range of $12.29 billion to $12.52 billion.
