Bavarian Nordic Gets EU Approval to Expand Imvanex Use to Children

The approval extends the vaccine's marketing authorization to include children between the ages of two years and 12 years, according to a Friday release from the vaccine maker. The approval was based on data from a phase 2 clinical study co-funded by the Coalition for Epidemic Preparedness Innovations.
