According to Beijing Lier, on August 5, the 5800 kVA desiliccated zirconium electric melting furnace in the new fused zirconium workshop of Luoyang Lier Functional Materials Co., Ltd. successfully ignited. The supporting equipment of the entire production line, including the blower chamber, circulating water system, dust collector, automatic batching line, screening and iron removal line, and the overall operating condition of the equipment was stable and controllable. After the furnace was ignited, the production line completed the whole process of smelting and processing according to the established process, and successfully produced the first batch of qualified desilicized zirconium products. After the new production line is put into operation, it will effectively reduce the supply gap for the company's high-end desiliccated zirconium products.
