The Civil Aviation Administration of China, the National Development and Reform Commission, and the Ministry of Transport recently jointly issued the “15th Five-Year Plan for the Development of Civil Aviation”. The plan is clear. By 2030, the civil aviation industry will take the lead in achieving world-class safety, service capabilities, and infrastructure. The third is to make every effort to build an infrastructure system with systematic collaboration. Fourth, make every effort to establish an autonomous and controllable innovation support system.
