According to the Zhitong Finance App, Hengdeli (03389) announced that the Group expects to record losses attributable to company shareholders of not less than RMB 31 million for the six months ending June 30, 2026, while profit attributable to shareholders of the company is approximately RMB 26.308 million for the six months ending June 30, 2025.

According to data currently available for review, the conversion of profit to loss is mainly due to a combination of factors such as a decline in sales, an increase in losses of affiliated companies, a decline in bank interest income, a decline in foreign exchange profit caused by exchange rate fluctuations, and a combination of factors such as provision for accounts receivable.
