China Resources Gas (01193) subsidiary completed the issuance of 2.5 billion yuan medium-term notes

According to Zhitong Finance App, China Resources Gas (01193) announced that on August 7, 2026, China Resources Gas Investment (China) Co., Ltd. (China Resources Gas Investment (China)), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, together with its subsidiaries, collectively known as “China Resources Gas Investment (China) Group”), has issued the third issue of medium-term notes in China. The total principal amount of the third issue medium-term notes issued is RMB 2.5 billion, of which the 1.5 billion yuan three-issue medium-term notes have a term of three years and a coupon interest rate of 1.57% per year, while the remaining 1 billion yuan three-issue medium-term notes have a term of five years, with a coupon interest rate of 1.70% per year. The funds raised from the issuance of the third issue of medium-term notes will be used to replace a number of bank loans repaid with China Resources Gas Investment (China) Group's own funds.
