According to the relevant provisions of the “Securities Law of the People's Republic of China, I will open a case investigation into the case involving Zhonghui where Jiangsu Wu Zhong Pharmaceutical Development Co., Ltd. provided audit services without diligence and due diligence, and informed the parties concerned of the facts, reasons, grounds for imposing administrative penalties and the rights of the parties concerned according to law. At the request of China Exchange, Sun Yuxia, and Sun Yeliang, I held a hearing to listen to the statements and arguments of the parties concerned and their agents. The investigation and processing of this case has now been completed.
