Lufa Power announced that on August 7, 2026, the company held a board of directors to review and pass the “Proposal on Investing in the 460,000 kW Wind Power Project in Tianjin Binhai New Area”, agreeing that the holding subsidiary will invest in the construction of the 460,000 kilowatt wind power project in Tianjin, with a total dynamic investment of about 2,475 billion yuan, of which 20% of the capital will be funded by all shareholders, and the remaining capital will be obtained through bank loans. The project is located in the Binhai New Area of Tianjin. It is planned to deploy 71 fans and be developed in three sub-projects. Preliminary work such as project approval and feasibility verification is currently being carried out.
