Mærsk to Sell Safety, Training Businesses to Open Gate Capital

The sale of the safety and training businesses is part of the Danish shipping company's strategy to focus on its strategic brands, according to a Friday statement. The deal is expected to close later this year, subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals.
