During this period, it will not sell or otherwise transfer or dispose of any unlisted shares directly owned by it, including changes in the number of shares directly owned by it during the ban period due to capital stock transfers, stock dividends, share segmentation, etc. situation. For the avoidance of doubt, H shares beneficially owned by Shanghai Woyou Enterprise Management Partnership (Limited Partnership), Shanghai Woyou Enterprise Management Center (Limited Partnership), and Ningbo Shiyou Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership) are not affected by the ban on sale under this voluntary commitment letter.

As of the date of this announcement, Mr. Lin Zhe directly owned approximately 98.584,300 unlisted shares, accounting for about 24.49% of the company's total issued shares and 76.43% of the company's voting rights (excluding resolutions relating to reserved matters and special matters).
