A subsidiary of Zhilong Holdings (08493) was ordered to be liquidated

Zhitong Finance App News, Zhilong Holdings (08493) issued an announcement. On August 7, 2026, the Company was informed by its legal adviser that the Company's indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, Transportation Power Co., Ltd. (Transportation), was ordered to be liquidated in accordance with the Hong Kong High Court's winding-up order (this order) issued on August 5, 2026. Ma Demin and Wong Kwok-keung of Kaijin Enterprise Consulting Co., Ltd. have been appointed by the Director of Bankruptcy Administration as joint and separate temporary liquidators of Transportation Capacity.

The order stemmed from Li Tiansong's filing a winding-up petition against capacity with the High Court on May 14, 2026 under the provisions of the Companies (Liquidation and Miscellaneous Provisions) Ordinance (Chapter 32 of the Laws of Hong Kong) (this petition). Prior to August 5, 2026, the Company was unaware of the petition at the relevant time. It was not until the Group carried out routine legal checks during the preparation of the six-month interim results period ending June 30, 2026 that it first became aware of the petition. Upon learning of this matter, the Company immediately sought advice from its advisors.

Trading of the company's shares continues to be suspended.
