The Zhitong Finance App learned that according to the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, on August 7, Lixun Precision (02475) experienced position changes, with a total transfer market value of HK$2,833 billion, accounting for 12.11%. The company's shareholders transferred 449.79 million shares to CITIC Lyon Securities and 45.202 million shares from Citibank.

Lixun Precision announced that according to the current issuance plan, the over-allotment rights mentioned in the company's prospectus were partially exercised by the overall coordinator (for himself and on behalf of the international underwriter) on August 5, 2026 (Wednesday), involving a total of 12,541,900 H shares (hereinafter referred to as “over-allotted shares”), accounting for about 3.27% of the total number of shares offered for subscription under the global offering (before any overallotment rights are exercised).

Over-allotted shares will be placed and issued at HK$63.28 per share (i.e. the offering price of each H share under the global offering, excluding 1.0% brokerage commission, 0.0027% Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission transaction levy, 0.00565% Hong Kong Stock Exchange transaction fee, and 0.00015% Hong Kong Accounting and Financial Reporting Council transaction levy). Over-allotted shares will be delivered to undertakers who have agreed to delay delivery of the relevant H shares they have subscribed under the global offering.

Following partial exercise of the over-allotment rights mentioned above, the number of H shares listed in this offering increased from 383,472,800 shares to 396,014,700 shares. The Hong Kong Stock Exchange has approved the listing and trading of these over-allotted shares. It is expected that the listing and trading on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange will commence at 9:00 a.m. on August 10, 2026 (Monday).
