AB Science Wraps Up EUR14 Million Private Placements

05:22 AM EDT, 08/10/2026 (MT Newswires) -- AB Science (AB.PA) completed private placements to raise a total gross amount of 14.2 million euros, according to a Monday release. The private placements involved the issuance of 3,606,560 new shares, each with one share warrant that allows holders to purchase three new shares at 1 euro apiece for every five warrants held. The clinical-stage pharmaceutical company also issued 19,672,132 new shares, each with one share warrant that allows holders to buy seven more shares at 1 euro apiece for every four warrants held. AB Science earmarked net proceeds toward its research and development programs, primarily for treatments for acute myeloid leukemia and amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, as well as for nearer-term value-creation projects set to be finalized and announced in September.
