Binhai Investment (02886) subsidiary Qiyuan Intelligent Control invests in the construction of distributed photovoltaic power generation projects

Zhitong Finance App News, Binhai Investment (02886) announced that Qiyuan Intelligent Control, a non-wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, signed separate agreements with Baibiao Village Collective Economic Organization, Xinshi Town, Deqing County, and Deqing Xinhehui Construction and Development Co., Ltd. (collectively, the “Contractor”) to invest in the construction of a distributed photovoltaic power generation project (PV project), with an estimated total investment capacity of 3.51 million watts (subject to actual installation).

Qiyuan Intelligent Control uses the contractor's roof to invest, build and operate photovoltaic projects, including all compliance procedures such as project filing, grid access approval, construction permits, etc., as well as equipment procurement, engineering construction, and post-operation and maintenance management. The lease period is calculated as 15 years from the date the PV project is connected to the grid to generate electricity. All power generation revenue, state subsidies, and green certificate revenue generated by the photovoltaic project are enjoyed by Qiyuan Intelligent Control.
