China Tianrui Cement (01252) received guidance from the Stock Exchange to resume trading and continued to suspend trading

According to the Zhitong Finance App, China Tianrui Cement (01252) issued an announcement. On July 30, 2026, the Company received a letter from the Stock Exchange containing the following guidelines on resuming trading of the Company's shares (resumption guidelines):

(a) Conduct appropriate independent forensic investigations into matters relating to advance payments and capital flows, assess their impact on the Group's business operations and financial situation, publish the findings of the investigation and take appropriate remedial measures;

(b) Proving that the integrity, ability, and/or character of the Group's management and/or any person having a significant influence on the management and operation of the Company did not raise reasonable concerns of the supervisory authority, so as not to pose a risk to investors and damage market confidence;

(c) Appointing an independent internal control consultant to conduct an independent internal control review to prove that: (i) significant deficiencies relating to the suspension of trading have been remedied and all necessary remedies have been properly implemented; and (ii) the issuer's internal controls are sufficiently effective to enable the issuer to comply with the listing rules and other legal and regulatory requirements, including but not limited to financial reports, disclosure and compliance matters relating to disclosures and related transactions, and disclosure of insider information;

(d) publish all unpublished financial results in accordance with the listing rules and process any audit revisions;

(e) prove that the Company complies with the requirements of section 13.24 of the Listing Rules;

(f) re-complies with the requirements of section 3.10 (1), 3.21 and 3.25 of the Listing Rules; and

(g) Communicate all important information to the market so that the Company's shareholders and investors can assess the Company's situation.

Furthermore, trading of the company's shares continues to be suspended.
