Daido Group (00544) completes issuance of 10 million subscribed shares

Zhitong Finance App News, Datong Group (00544) issued an announcement. All conditions under the subscription agreement have been met, and completed in accordance with the terms and conditions of the subscription agreement on August 10, 2026.

The subscribers have successfully subscribed for 10 million subscribed shares at a subscription price of HK$1.00 per share. The 10 million subscribed shares accounted for about 19.76% of the total issued share capital of the Company immediately before the subscription was completed; and approximately 16.50% of the Company's issued share capital, which was expanded through allotment and issuance of subscribed shares.
