According to the news, Yiming Angke issued an announcement stating that the subsidiary Yiminkell signed a capital increase agreement with Biotech Sailing, New Territories Chuangyuan and Wang Xueyan. The three investors pledged 465,000 yuan of expanded registered capital of Yiminkel at a total cost of 50 million yuan, accounting for about 15.83% of its expanded shares.

The purpose of this capital increase is to further enrich Yiminkel's financial resources and accelerate the development process of innovative drugs in the field of cardiovascular diseases and metabolic diseases such as pulmonary hypertension, and marks the steady implementation of Yiming Angke's “tumor+non-tumor” two-wheel drive strategy. By introducing external commercial capital for the first time, Yiming Kyle successfully achieved a shift to a diversified equity structure, aiming to accelerate its research and development process for innovative drugs in the fields of cardiovascular diseases and metabolic diseases such as pulmonary hypertension.
