According to the news, on August 10, McPharmaceutical-B announced that the pre-clinical and phase I clinical data of MT200605, an injectable neuroprotective candidate for the treatment of acute ischemic stroke (AIS) independently developed by the Group, has been accepted as an oral report at the 18th World Stroke Congress (WSC 2026) in 2026. Phase I clinical studies of MT200605 were conducted in China and the US to evaluate the safety, tolerability and pharmacokinetics of MT200605 in healthy subjects.

While the pre-clinical and phase I clinical data of MT200605 was accepted for oral presentation at WSC 2026, the phase II clinical trial of MT200605 for acute ischemic stroke has obtained statistically significant and clinically relevant results and reached the main end point. Detailed clinical data will be presented at future international academic conferences and published in academic journals. According to current phase II clinical results, MT200605 has shown remarkable and stable efficacy in patients with acute ischemic stroke, and is safe and well tolerated.
