Adnoc Logistics & Services Posts Higher H1 Profit, Revenue

01:00 AM EDT, 08/11/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Adnoc Logistics & Services (ADX:ADNOCLS) said Tuesday its profit and revenue for the first half surged year over year. Profit attributable to equity holders of the company for the six months ended June 30 was $1.12 billion, compared with $409.3 million a year ago. EPS moved to $0.15 from $0.06. The Abu Dhabi-listed energy maritime logistics company's revenue was $3.67 billion, compared with $2.44 billion earlier. Meanwhile, the board approved an interim cash dividend of 0.0423 Emirati dirham per share for the second quarter, payable to shareholders of record on Aug. 20. For full-year 2026, the company raised its net profit guidance to a high 110% growth, compared with the previous guidance of a high 60% growth. Revenue is expected to show mid 20% growth, compared with the previous guidance of low single-digit growth.
