Leung Chi Tin Design Group (02262) announced interim results. Profit attributable to shareholders of HK$2,324 million increased 46.16% year over year

According to the Zhitong Finance App, Leung Chi-tin Design Group (02262) announced interim results for the six months ended June 30, 2026. The group obtained revenue of HK$187 million, a year-on-year decrease of 4.06%; profit attributable to the company's equity holders was HK$2,324 million, an increase of 46.16% over the previous year; and a profit of HK0.2 cents per share.

According to the announcement, the decrease in total revenue was mainly due to a slowdown in project progress in the Chinese real estate market, particularly the JHD division's focus on the hotel, catering and hospitality industry and commercial building sectors.
