The Zhitong Finance App learned that Dutch medical technology company Philips (PHG.US) and its largest shareholder, Exor Group under the Italian Agnelli Family — announced on Tuesday that the two sides have extended the shareholder agreement to raise Exor's shareholding limit in Philips from 20% to 22%, and allow it to further increase its holdings after obtaining approval from the Supervisory Board.
