According to the Zhitong Finance App, Kingdee International (00268) announced interim results for the six months ended June 30, 2026, with revenue of approximately RMB 3,625 billion, up about 13.6% year on year; the company's equity holders should account for the current profit of about RMB 544.97 million, and losses for the same period last year were approximately RMB 97.738 million; the company's equity holders should account for about RMB 1.55 cents per share.
During the reporting period, Kingdee adhered to the mission of “empowering enterprises and achieving extraordinary results”, and promoted business around the “AI first, subscription first, and globalization” strategy with the vision of “the most trustworthy enterprise AI partner”. In terms of products, AI capabilities are embedded in management and business scenarios such as finance, supply chain, and manufacturing using a combination of Lingee (Lingee) enterprise intelligence operating system and SaaS to help enterprises shift from “process-driven” to “intelligence-driven”.
Kingdee continues to lead the market. During the reporting period, Kingdee's AI native products focused on the core needs of large and medium-sized enterprises in AI transformation, AI native ERP, and global solutions, focusing on eight major industry sectors: automobiles and spare parts, equipment manufacturing, electronic high-tech, process manufacturing, life sciences, food and beverage, modern services, wholesale and retail, and achieved large-scale growth with new subscriptions. During the period, the original AI product (a combination of Lingji, Kingdee AI Kit, and KingDeeaiSuite) received revenue of about RMB 296 million, up about 189.0% year on year, with subscription revenue of about RMB 146 million, up about 282.9% year on year; contract amount reached RMB 605 million, up 159.2% year on year, and new customers such as Hytera, Bose Quantum, Shuanghui Group, China Film Technology, and Yunsheng Intelligence were signed. Since its launch on May 20, Lingji has signed contracts with 26 customers and launched more than 40 smart devices, covering general fields such as finance, supply chain, procurement, and manufacturing. During the period, Lingji reached AI co-creation strategic cooperation with prototype customers such as Hytera, Moore Thread, Strong Brain Technology, and Kunlun Core to jointly build a “Lingji Organization” integrating industry practices, and signed new customers such as Sunshine Zero Carbon, Eight Weitong, Guolin New Materials, Jinhe Boyuan, and Yazhen Group.
