The board resolution passed the “Proposal on Nominating Mr. Tan Jiong as a Candidate for the 5th Executive Director of the Company” and the “Proposal on Electing Mr. Tan Jiong as Chairman of the 5th Board of Directors of the Company”.

In accordance with the resolution passed by the board of directors, the board of directors is pleased to announce that Mr. Tan Jiong has been appointed as the executive director and chairman of the 5th board of directors of the company. Mr. Tan Jiong's term as an executive director and chairman begins on the date the shareholders' meeting of the Company elects him as an executive director and his qualifications are approved by the State Financial Supervisory Administration, and ends when the term of the fifth board of directors of the Company expires. After the term of office expires, he can be re-elected. According to the Company's Articles of Association, the Chairman of the Board's Strategy and Investment/Sustainability Committee is the chairman. After the China Financial Supervisory Authority approves Mr. Tan Jiong's qualifications, Mr. Tan Jiong will serve as the chairman of the Board's Strategy and Investment/Sustainable Development Committee.
