According to the Zhitong Finance App, Xincheng Holdings (601155.SH) announced that in July, the company achieved total commercial revenue of about 1,241 billion yuan, an increase of 3.42% over the same period last year. In January-July, the company achieved cumulative total commercial operating revenue of about 8.353 billion yuan, an increase of 2.57% over the same period last year.

In July, the company achieved a contract sales amount of about 861 million yuan, a decrease of 48.14% over the same period last year; the sales area was about 139,700 square meters, a decrease of 34.70% over the same period last year. In January-July, the company achieved a total contract sales amount of about 7.218 billion yuan, a decrease of 39.80% over the same period of the previous year; the cumulative contract sales area was about 1.164,500 square meters, a decrease of 24.82% over the same period last year.
