CICC (03908) plans to issue no more than 6 billion yuan of short-term corporate bonds

According to the Zhitong Finance App, CICC (03908) announced that it will publicly issue 2026 short-term corporate bonds (the first installment) to professional investors from August 13, 2026 to August 14, 2026. The current bond issuance amount will not exceed 6 billion yuan (including 6 billion yuan), and there will be no overallocation. After deducting the issuance fee, all of the funds raised in this issue are intended to be used to supplement working capital.

There are two types of current bonds. Among them, the amount issued for Type 1 is not more than 6 billion yuan (including 6 billion yuan); the amount issued for Type 2 is not more than 6 billion yuan (including 6 billion yuan); the total issuance amount for Type 1 and Type 2 bonds in the current issue is not more than 6 billion yuan (including 6 billion yuan).
