Drink Brands Group Distil to Propose Capital Reorganization

06:50 AM EDT, 08/11/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Distil (DIS.L) is proposing a capital reorganization at the company's annual general meeting on Sept. 3, according to a Tuesday release. Under the plan, each of the drinks brands owner's 2,033,799,769 existing ordinary shares would be subdivided into and redesignated as one new ordinary share of 0.0001 pound sterling and one B deferred share of 0.0009 pound. The move would allow Distil to issue new ordinary shares at a price surpassing their nominal value, while retaining the same number of ordinary shares in issue.
