On August 11, the 14th meeting of the 7th board of directors elected Wang Bo as chairman, and changed the legal representative to Wang Bo; established four special committees on strategy, remuneration and assessment; and appointed Wang Bo as general manager. After the current election of directors, the 7th board of directors consists of 7 directors, including 5 newly appointed directors.
