Everpure, Inc. (NYSE:P) shares are trading higher by about 4% during Tuesday’s premarket session.
On Monday, the company announced that it has secured a design win and supply agreement with another top-five hyperscaler.
Everpure also said it expects the win to contribute to future revenue starting in fiscal year 2028 and beyond.
The deal will strengthen its position in the rapidly expanding hyperscale storage market.
The deal follows the company’s first major hyperscaler win announced in late 2024 and highlights the growing adoption of its software-driven DirectFlash technology.
The solution enables hyperscalers to use a unified storage architecture across different performance tiers while improving storage density, performance and reliability.
Everpure said the technology can also help customers reduce operating expenses and free up power and rack space for AI and other next-generation workloads.
From a longer-term trend lens, the chart is still firmly bullish: the stock is trading 30.6% above its 20-day SMA ($77.29) and 187.1% above its 200-day SMA ($35.16), which signals strong upside persistence rather than a choppy range. The 20-day SMA is above the 50-day SMA, and the 50-day SMA is above the 200-day SMA—two trend-following confirmations that buyers have controlled the tape for months.
Momentum is the bigger near-term question because RSI is 75.28, which is overbought and often flags a "stretched" move where upside can slow or pull back even if the primary trend stays intact. In plain English, RSI helps gauge how extended the recent buying has become, and readings above 70 can mean the stock is running hot.
With price at $101.97 and the 52-week high at $102.20, the stock is pressing into a tight overhead area where breakouts can either accelerate or fail quickly if buyers hesitate.
Looking further out, the next major catalyst for the stock arrives with the August 26, 2026 (confirmed) earnings report.

The Verdict: Everpure’s Benzinga Edge signal reveals a growth-heavy profile with a clear tradeoff: strong growth characteristics paired with weak value. For longer-term holders, that usually means execution needs to stay clean, because any slowdown can hit premium multiples harder.

P Price Action: Everpure shares were up 7.16% at $105.00 during premarket trading on Tuesday. The stock is trading at a new 52-week high, according to Benzinga Pro data.
