Runbang Co., Ltd. (002483.SZ) signed 6 ship construction contracts with a total value of about 2.8 billion yuan to 3.3 billion yuan

Zhitong Finance App News, Runbang Co., Ltd. (002483.SZ) issued an announcement. Recently, the company's wholly-owned subsidiary, Nantong Runbang Offshore Engineering Equipment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Runbang Marine”, the “builder”), signed a “Shipbuilding Contract” (hereinafter referred to as the “contract”) with a well-known European shipowner (“buyer”). According to the contract agreement, Runbang Marine will build and supply 6 live fish carriers (including optional ship orders) for the above shipowners. The total amount of the above six ship construction contracts is equivalent to approximately RMB 2.8 billion to RMB 3.3 billion.
