Veteran multifamily investment brokerage professional Debbie Pomerantz has launched an independent commercial real estate brokerage firm, DLP Real Estate. The firm’s debut aligns with the $13.25-million sale of Raritan Riverside, a newly constructed, 42-unit luxury multifamily community located at 21 Orlando Dr. in Raritan, NJ. Pomerantz represented the unnamed seller and procured the buyer.

The newly completed Raritan Riverside offers a mix of one-bedroom, 1.5-bath and two-bedroom, two-bath modern configurations with high-end appointments and tenant-centric layouts. As part of its lifestyle appeal, the property integrates a newly completed bike path that directly connects residents to the Somerset County Greenway network.
