SD Guthrie Bhd is selling 556.96 acres of land in Kulai, Johor to Sime Darby Property Bhd for RM418.5mn after receiving no proposals for a joint industrial park development on the site since May 2025. It reported that its 2QFY26 net profit almost doubled to RM987.0mn from RM505.0mn a year earlier, boosted by land sales and downstream earnings, which offset a 4.0% YoY decline in revenue to RM4.9bn.

Malayan Banking Bhd has completed the issuance of RM4.8bn in aggregate nominal value of Tier 2 Subordinated Sukuk Murabahah under its RM30.0bn sukuk programme.

HE Group Bhd has accepted a letter of intent to undertake RM47.0mn worth of electrical works for a data centre in Johor.

Yoong Onn Corporation Bhd’s 60%-owned subsidiary, T.C. Homeplus Pte Ltd, has appointed Precise Development Pte Ltd to build a SGD13.2mn, or RM41.2mn, four-storey industrial building in Singapore.

West River Bhd has secured a RM22.6mn subcontract to undertake electrical works for a data centre development in Johor.
