The Zhitong Finance App learned that according to the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, on August 11, STERLING GP (01825) experienced position changes, with a total market value of HK$42.614 million, accounting for 23.35%. The company's shareholders transferred 2.898 million shares to KGI Securities Asia and 4.2552 million shares from UBS Securities Hong Kong.

STERLING GP announced results for the year ended March 31, 2026, with revenue of approximately HK$328 million, a year-on-year decrease of 31.38%; net loss of HK$62.79 million, an increase of about 9.14 times over the previous year; and a loss of HK$173.64 per share.

According to the announcement, the decrease in sales revenue was mainly due to a decrease of about HK$133 million in sales from the largest customers (down about 31.6% from last year). The Group's gross margin for the year under review was approximately 17.1%, compared to about 18.3% in the same period last year, mainly due to the increase in tariffs shared by the Group due to exports to the US.
