Kingspan Group to Acquire BMC Manufacturing for Up to EUR900 Million

12:30 AM EDT, 08/12/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Kingspan Group (KRX.IR) agreed to buy power management systems company BMC Manufacturing for an initial sum of 850 million euros, according to a Tuesday release. The insulated building materials company will pay the initial consideration in cash of 600 million euros and in new Kingspan shares valued at 250 million euros. A deferred amount of up to 50 million euros may be paid on the achievement of "significant" profit targets. BMC's management team will stay to develop the business under the Tate brand. The deal is expected to close in the fourth quarter after regulatory approval.
