Tianbao Energy (01671): Yin Qi appointed as Executive Director

According to the Zhitong Finance App, Tianbao Energy (01671) issued an announcement. With the approval of shareholders at the extraordinary shareholders' meeting, Ms. Yin Qi (Ms. Yin) was appointed as the executive director of the Company with effect from August 12, 2026.

The board of directors has resolved to appoint Ms. Yin as the chairman of the board of directors and the chairman of the nomination committee. Her term of office is from the date the shareholders approve her as an executive director at the extraordinary shareholders' meeting until the end of the term of the fourth board of directors.

Following the approval of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders to appoint Ms. Yin as the Executive Director, Mr. Zhou Shanzhong ceased to serve as Executive Director, Chairman of the Board and Chairman of the Nomination Committee.
