Fuyin Finance Co., Ltd. (08452) Fa Ying Guang expects a net loss of about 11 million yuan to 12.5 million yuan in the medium term

According to the Zhitong Finance App, FuBank Finance Co., Ltd. (08452) announced that the Group expects to record a net loss between RMB 11 million and RMB 12.5 million in the six months ending June 30, 2026 (net loss for the six months ended June 30, 2025: approximately RMB 1.39 million).

The increase in losses during the reporting period was mainly due to (i) the energy storage business being affected by multiple factors such as rising battery raw material prices, tightening supply, and increased terminal price competition, which led to a sharp drop in sales revenue; (ii) a decline in factoring business revenue; and (iii) loss of other revenue due to the disposal of a financial asset.
