CEC INT'L HOLD (00759): Tsui Mei Ling appointed as Chairman of the Remuneration Committee

According to Zhitong Finance App, CEC INT'L HOLD (00759) issued an announcement. Starting August 12, 2026, Mr. Huang Weide was appointed as an independent non-executive director and a member of the Audit Committee, Nomination Committee and Remuneration Committee to fill the vacancy caused by Mr. Ge Genxiang's death. The term of office is two years, from August 12, 2026 to August 11, 2028, subject to rotation and re-election in accordance with the company rules.

According to the company rules, Mr. Huang Weide will serve until the next Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company and is eligible for re-election at that meeting. Ms. Tsui Mei Ling, an independent non-executive director and current member of the Remuneration Committee, was appointed as the Chairman of the Remuneration Committee to fill the vacancy caused by the death of Mr. Ge Genxiang.
