According to the agreement, the company and Surge Biopharmaceutical will cooperate for an initial period of five years. If Pengpai Biopharmaceutical achieves at least 80% of the cumulative procurement target within the first five-year period, and there are no other major violations of the agreement, the cooperation period shall be automatically renewed once, extending the total contract period to ten years.
