LB220-D08 is a new small-molecule chemical drug independently developed by the company. It is a Class 1 new chemical drug with independent intellectual property rights. This product is a complement inhibitor targeting FactorB factor. By targeting and inhibiting factor B, this product can selectively inhibit the bypass pathway and block the activation of C3 convertase, thereby inhibiting the production of toxins such as C3a and C5a and the formation of C5 converting enzyme and membrane attack complexes (MAC, C5b-9), and maintaining the normal function of lectin and classical pathway signaling pathways.
