OrganoClick's to Dismantle Majority of OrganoWood Amid Shift to New Business Model

05:30 AM EDT, 08/12/2026 (MT Newswires) -- OrganoClick's (ORGC.ST) partly owned subsidiary, OrganoWood, expects to dismantle a large part of its organization as the parent company works to out-license sales and production of its modified timber. The move, part of OrganoClick's strategy to become a pure green chemical company, is expected to generate annual cost savings of around 8 million kronor from 2027. OrganoClick said Wednesday that it obtained excellent results from a five-year field study of its new wood protection technology. The company is accelerating efforts to find a license partner to produce and sell the modified timber following the study results.
