According to the Zhitong Finance App, Schubaide (300322.SZ) announced a plan to issue A-shares to specific targets in 2026. The total capital raised by issuing shares to specific targets does not exceed RMB 1,096 billion (including the number). The net amount raised after deducting issuance fees will be used for the following projects: server cooling module projects, smart glasses lightweight RF module projects, low-orbit satellite communication antenna and module projects, and supplementary working capital.
