M Winkworth's Nonexecutive Chair Agrees to Restrictions Amid High Court Proceedings

06:51 AM EDT, 08/12/2026 (MT Newswires) -- M Winkworth (WINK.L) said its Nonexecutive Chair Simon Agace agreed to undertakings restricting him from taking or encouraging steps to remove or appoint company directors. The UK-based franchised estate agency said Agace will be restricted from taking such actions without providing seven days' written notice and, in any event, before Sept. 10. The agreement follows High Court proceedings initiated by M Winkworth on Aug. 7 over alleged breaches of confidentiality. The court approved a consent order adjourning the company's application for interim injunctive relief to Oct. 5.
